Running 1:20:00 [3]

Intervals with the luxury of the main track at Homebush. 3 sets of 4*300m/100 float. 3 hundy's suprisingly consistent on 59sec (except for the first @ 54, but realised I was kidding myself).

Finished with a 1500m in 5:09. Wonder how I ran the City to Surf at that pace once.

Went exploring up in Red HIll to make sense of the tracks. The firies have cleaned up the main fire trail which opens access to some great kid suitable single track up the top.

Halfway thru Annika called to say she'd left her softball shirt in my car, so I had to abort and dash down to Harbord. Nicked off for another 40min on the beach after.

Lady Mac intervals for the first time in forever. Ow. Nowhere to hide in longer intervals. 2:48;2:43;2:34;2:43;2:41. Cracked a bit after a quicker 3rd one.
