Headed out for a tempo loop but turned around on Pyrmont bridge and switched to a corporate cruise when I crossed paths with an old AMP colleague. Good to get an update on corporate gossip.

As I ran back to the office I reflected it's a good sign that I'm back and enjoying running again after a difficult year. Reflections on mindset then got a bit hippy (with a twist of orienteering) when I came up with

"The first step in any journey is to accept where you are. If you start from where you think you should be you may get a little lost...."

Up tempo lap of the wharves. I ran in to Jono near the end and joined him for an unplanned extra 20min. Felt quite good.

Sailed the 13 with Annika in a fresh nor easter. Trust me it counts as strength training in those conditions Good fun, but I kinda sucked today. Sorry Annika.
