Huuuge day on the water with a big westerly showing up for Saturday's sail with Tom, up to 30kts and gusty a.f. After missing the start by 5minutes due to Tom's pfaffing we settled in and discovered that we could actually keep the boat up, and had a crazy time zooming around - including sailing thru a large swarm of bees in the middle of the harbour. Carnage about with broken masts, rudders etc, and a very amusing finish whereby the couple of boats ahead of us had missed a mark and we took the gun Stephen Bradbury style. Felt it only fair that Tom got some of the jug of beer prize. Good times.

Working run! If you're going to discuss IT Strategy, there is no better place than crusing around Blackwattle Bay on a Spring afternoon. Luverly (and productive).

Goldilocks cruise @10am to hustle in a run before a long string of meetings. Feeling flat and slow for the most part, but perked up towards the end when I started to pay more attention to breathing properly....5k in 21.

Slow beach run from Fishermans the highlight being a sunset detour out on to the Long Reef rock platforms with a very low tide. Bewdiful.

Running 50:00 [3]

A surprisingly slow plod up the goods line to UTS and back around the Barangaroo waterfront. Enjoyed the rockhopping section but tried and slow otherwise.
