I ran with Dad through Bruce Ridge and Lyneham Ridge. He was a bit quicker than me on the flat, which got me running faster, awesome day and was feeling good!

Am loving the Spring weather in Canberra right now!

Mtn Biking (Stromlo) 1:30:00 [3]
Went back out to Stromlo, this time with Grace and it was sooo much fun! I felt a bit more confident than last time which was good... although not that great. Grace gave me some good tips for getting over some tricky stuff which helped, then I was going much faster over the rocks!

Can't wait to go back out again... the Scott is getting closer!

Running (Bluegum) 40:00 [3]
Putting out and collecting controls for Bluegum. It also felt like I was doing hill intervals because the kids kept on getting stuck on one tricky control so we'd have to run up and help them! Very tiring work!

Rode with Jules around the lake and back through Black Mountain. It was a nice steady ride, although we were riding through one part and a maggie started swooping Jules, I turned around to find an escape route and ended up falling down a ditch... I got away from the maggie though!

shoes: Nike Structure Triax 10+
Easy run through Lyneham Ridge, a lot quicker than expected!
Pilates (Jade) 30:00 [2]
Pilates as normal... although Jade was making it extra tough today as he kept on pausing exercises for longer than normal (or maybe that was because it is a dodgy copy of the dvd...)
