| Went for a ride with Chris, Bron and Al which was fun, we even did some intervals up the grapevine which was pretty steep! Then on the way back down Chris had a massive stack (right behind me...) and slit open his wrist with the artery popping out and all, ending up with a hospital visit and 5 stitches. Apart from that it was a good fast ride! |

| Went for a swim and was doing 200m intervals... not very fast but it was feeling good until I started doing backstroke and getting a pain in my right shoulder... couldn't keep on swimming which was annoying. Maybe next time I should warm-up with some stretches first. |

| Went for a jog at the new cross country track with Kathie whilst the boys were training. It was nice except for the Plover birds that kept on swooping us!! I'm sure now that they are more vicious than magpies! |
