Note
(injured)
Well although I missed the run I did get to start cooking pancakes for the girls when they got back from their run.. tough work... it was a beautiful morning, I didn't feel that I deserved brunch, but definitely enjoyed it!

Mtn Biking (Disaster!) 14:00 [1]
This was a disaster... it would have been a bit better if it had happened towards the end of the ride at least!!!! I was riding up a hill and my chain got stuck, so I came off the bike and there was no problem... for some stupid reason I decided to start again on the slope and my chain got stuck and I didn't have time to get my shoe out of my pedal and I fell, I heard a massive crack in my ankle and all of a sudden was incredibly naucious!

Good news is though that this all happened right outside a cafe (the only one in Gerroa) so an old lady helped me hobble across the road and I sat there for a while eating a yummy breakfast and drinking coffee!

Hopefully will be able to start riding again soon... such a bad start to my training!

Tuesday Apr 1

Running (Intervals) 40:00 [3]
Hill intervals down the coast, a mixture of long a short ones... nice views of the ocean the whole time, it was a great start back into hills!!!

Monday Mar 31

Running (Mt Ainslie Base Loop) 27:00 [3] 5 km (5:24 / km)
Easy run with Bron (my new housemate) around the foothills of Mt Ainslie, legs felt pretty tired up the hills after the weekend but it was great to get out! Now I'm off for a week of training down at the coast - woohoo!!
