Went for a jog on some trails before going to the gym, felt good and it was a nice afternoon. Time also includes 15mins running home from the gym (up hill).
Weights (Upper and Lower Body) 50:00 [2]
Felt tired today but it was good to do them!

Track intervals, I did 6x400m (1:37, 1:41, 1:39, 1:38, 1:38, 1:33) ran steady although the times are sooo slow compared to what I was doing 6 months ago (which was the same/similar times for 500m). Felt good to have done the session afterwards.

Jogging around some tracks at Lugnet and also jogging recoveries.
Note
We caught the train back from Gothenberg to Falun today to find out that my bike had been stolen! It was chained up with two locks (which we found in the bushes), someone just cut right through them... after a walk around to check if someone had rode it back to the station we found the frame of the bike dumped on the other side of the station without wheels or a seat. Pretty annoying, although funny because the wheels weren't very good wheels and the front one was bent!

Morning jog with Hilary around the map on tracks from the clubhouse in Gothenberg. Nice morning and I was feeling much better too which was good!

Orienteering (Shadowing) 51:00 [3]2.5 km (20:24 / km)
Shadowed Biddy on a training run for the Middle Distance on Jonsered in Gothenberg which was fun. Managed to slip and slide under a log backwards down a hill which was funny! Good fun running through tough forest though.

I had a coffee in Gothenberg today and afterwards got the most horrible stomach cramps. After being in agony all afternoon it was suggested that I go for a jog and it might help... it unfortunately didn't, but it was nice to go for a jog.

Tuesday Jun 24

Probably total time of exertion from shadowing or collecting controls from the training camp in Sälen for Jules' school kids this week. Was a fun few days, so O-ringen should be great! Plenty of marshes and mosquitoes though!
