Went for a jog around the gardens on Schonbrunn Palace, it was sooo beautiful! Lots of people out and about tonight, it was great to be jogging around such a nice place.

Went for a jog after saying goodbye to Jules at the train station. Ran through the old town which was a lot quieter than last night, but still really nice!

Went for a jog around Bratislava and along the Danube River with Jules. A really nice run in the 30 degree heat!

Went for a run through the tracks on Ingarvet (out the back of our place) before heading to the gym. Also includes run home from the gym (only 14mins today!). First time I felt like I have been actually running as opposed to plodding in a while.

Really lazy, but worked arms extra hard.

Monday Jun 30

Running hills (Intervals) 11:30 [4]
Hill intervals up a hill on Ingarvet, the map almost out the back of our place. I did 4x the long hill (2:30,2:35,2:31,2:37) then 3x a short part of that hill (:26, :26,:26). Felt shocking on the long hills, as though I was just slugging up them... the short ones felt much better though!
Running warm up/down (Incl. recoveries) 34:34 [3]
Jogging to/from hill and recoveries on the way back down.

It ended up taking about an hour to do because I kept on having to check the lasagne which was cooking! Mmmm yumm!!
