Running 1  2.0 mi ( / mi)
Today i ran in the gym. i ran two miles. to keep track i used a deck of cards, each card was 1 lap.
I first ran half a lap then rested for 20-30 mins then i ran the rest of the laps. At first when i started running it was hard for me, but now once i kept doing it, it is getting way easer too run.
