Weight Training (Arms and chest) 45:00 [3]

did my arms and chest rutine uped all my weights by 2.5-5 lbs and finished with weighted situps on the virtical bench tightened lower back and abs

I ran for 1 hour on the treadmill lastnight was mad and just felf better to run and finished up with a half hour on the elepictal felt a bit better after

started doing my chin ups with 25lbs for the assisted part
my arms were sooo sore after

Biked from Petersfeild Road 88 to balmoral and from balmoral to Stonewall to the Kelim for Icecream around to the lights at highway 7 and back up to petersfeild road 88 in 2.5 hours
