snowboarding 7:00:00 [3]

This was my first time snowboarding, it was a lot of fun and i felt a great sense of accomplishment when i went down the hill without falling. i had a great time and i friend taught me how to do it. i fell a lot and my tailbone was pretty mad at me by the end of it :p i also managed to knock the wind out of myself. i went snomboarding for the whole day at la rivier. we got there at 9, and by the time we got our equipment and everything, we started boarding at 930, took a break at 130 to eat, (i took a break from 1230-130 cuz at that time i knoked the wind out of myself going down a hill so i was a bit timid going bak at 'er. but i did from 1 till 130, then from 210 til 4, and then day boarding ended so we had to wait for the night boarding to start, wich was from 7 til 1030, but we left at 9pm cuz it was quite a ways to travel. needless to say its now the 9th that im logging this, and im still sore as hell but i have no regrets :P
the thing im proud about most is, is that i fell A LOT!!! and each time, i pulled myself up onto my board again which can be difficult to do, and i kept at it. I never gave up or stopped trying

Jogging/running 20:00 [3]

i was at the gym on a treadmill so it was kinda boring and i was the only one there so there wasnt anything or anyone there to help motivate me except my own drive. it was alrite i was going at a faster speed then usual so theres sum improvement i guess (usually i jog at speed 10 which isnt very challenging, but this time i went for speed 13;meh

lol the only thing I had to motivate me was seeing how long i was going, the distance, and the fact that it was coninuous (after the running and jogging, i went directly into speed walking, so all together i "traveled" 10.33 km :D i walked at a speed of 8) i feel good about that. the only thing is is that i got a blister on my foot now but i guess it was worth it (i lost 2lbs the ol'natural way:P) im actually kinda surprised that my attack point account is still up and running... ya and the last 20 min of my workout i was walking at an incline of 2 so its like going uphill. its funny, i felt like the energizer bunny cuz two ppl came in sumtime after me, went on the treadmill, and they left b4 i did :P
When my legs started stiffening up i jogged 4 a bit and was sayin "im gonna be l8 4 school, keep going" [inside joke :P]
