Coaching today so didn't run, spent a lot of time on feet again.

Easy run with Midge from Coylumbridge, Lily Lochan, Loch an Eilein, Loch Gamhna, Cairngorm Club Footbridge and back. Forgot my watch. Legs pretty much fine on the flat, a sore spot on right calf and knee felt a wee bit stiff in last couple of km (knocked it half way round last weekend).

Loch Vaa. To the island, round it, into a bay hunting for fish, over to the red-roofed boat house and back.

Still struggling with the whole walking malarkey, but upper body fine so went for a swim with James :) Up at Lochindorb, just did a loop around the castle. Chilly!
