Oops, a pretty rubbish run, not even sure how long I lost. Muppet. Not the most enjoyable forest either!! The planning was certainly testing though :)

Had to enjoy the sun! Up Ben Ledi. Stunning.
Ran out of time to collect from the train station so didn't quite make the top!! Another time.

Mass start. Doing ok although struggling with the fast running bit! Then saw Jura and stopped, then lost all adrenaline for the rest of the course. Great format though.

With Janet and Midge up on the Dava. Need to stretch out the hip flexors as the heather was so high it felt like I did the whole run doing a high knees drill.

Putting out and collecting controls in inshriach. Heather is so high! First o/run in the dark :/

Long run with Midge. Legs obviously not as recovered as I thought, but generally feeling ok, never felt like I was knackered. Meall a Bhuachaille was slow. Got moving again ok afterwards though.
