With Kerstin (OMM partner!) and Midge. First run together. Weather not great, so stuck pretty low, not quite what we'd hoped to do but probably for the best. A new Glen for me too :) Finished off with cake at The Potting Shed, perfect.

In Culbin with mum and dad. Keen to increase cycling and see how my leg reacts (if at all). Really hoping it's sorted a bit more now. Not going to do any hard sessions on the bike for a while, just ease into it.

Culbin is perfect for it - lots of flat decent tracks :) Ideal for today.
