Mountain withdrawal symptoms, waking up to a cloudless sky looking towards the Cuillins from Applecross. Wishing I didn't need to rest up!!

35 minutes of stretching whilst James swimming (!). Walking to cafe and jogging back a bit with Tash.

Last longish run before next weekend. Roll on a week of resting and eating :)

Stunning day. Very uninteresting munro in itself, but incredible views for miles around. Whoever built a vehicle track all the way up deserves to be shot. Ran with Janet and Midge. Didn't push it on any of the climbs.
