Not been doing such a good job of fitting in this last strength session in the week (had had it in the plan for Friday but no time/energy). Just a few key things this afternoon.

2 x 5 x 3min1/min hills. Plan was to do 10 straight, but snowy conditions (and last week's shin injury) meant I just did them from home. Worked really nicely in 2 sets.
Didn't feel envious of the 2 men up the mast at the top doing repairs in a blizzard!

Knee and shin putting a stop to swiss ball fun unfortunately. Need to keep a close eye, especially on my knee.

Started with Izzy and Callum on 2 gaffled versions of what i was doing. About 12 others starting nearby too. I wasn't wanting to race too hard physically, but this swirled perfectly because the speed I was going meant that I couldn't afford to miss otherwise the girls would be on my shoulders! Hopefully this will help get my race over-excitement over with veggies next week's night cup :)
