North district cross country champs at Gordonstoun. 2nd behind Eilidh (from Stornoway). She started faster, managed to get onto her shoulder 2/3s round lap one until about 2/3s round lap 2. She pushed on up the hill where I had planned to push on. Unfortunately her push was stronger than mine!! Finished about 10 seconds down I think.
Decided to run and accept the fact that I may well be ill tomorrow. I wasn't running ill, but definitely under the weather.

Loved it. Really enjoy these night races. It was going really well until I got distracted to number 11 and ended up losing between 2 and 3 minutes over the next few. Need to work on that, but some big positives though :)
Great fun course - lots of variety in style of legs for such a small area and lots of changes of direction. Brill!
