Cross country skiing - Skate 1:10:00 [3] 11.0 km (6:22 / km)

Skating course for adults at club training! I've really wanted to have a go so this was the perfect opportunity. Borrowed Annika's kit. Loved it! An hour with the group being taught stuff, then went round the hilly 5km lit track to practise stuff.

At home on my new turbo trainer :) I had planned to run, but although it was getting a bit warmer during the day it was still -13 when I left work... not so up for running alone in it!

Night cup from a couple of weeks ago in Skr├Ąddarbacken. No sign of any tracks after a decent amount of snowfall since then! Running with Eva, Annika and Sara, taking it in turns to beat through the snow. Mostly about knee deep, but over knees a fair bit too. Tough! Feeling pretty good today so tried to make my own tracks sometimes too :)

Jog from home. Trying to take it easy but that in itself is hard! Following a scooter track most of the way, felt nice to hot thr cycle track for the last 1.5km :)

A pretty tough snowy run with Emma, Annika and Sara. I had no idea where we were going, great to have Emma to follow who kept up a decent effort the whole way. Some on the scooter tracks and some properly in the forest.
