Long run. Thought that by getting up and going in the morning we would be out in the heavy snow, but it wouldn't be so bad underfoot as later in the day. Hmm. It seems that nobody had run this loop since the last snow fall, so it was next to impossible to follow. Bailed out on to the bigger tracks at times so we could keep moving at least. Had to give myself a talking to after the first 20 minutes or so to make sure I enjoyed it! The talking to worked :) Fun, challenging and a good leg strengthener!

Up at Gyllbergen. For some reason I had no fight in me at all this morning. So it was an easy ski although didn't feel like I could push harder. Rest days do strange things to you :)

Beautifully sunny afternoon. Planned to see how I felt after this morning's flat feeling. Actually felt pretty ok. Ran up to the mast, found a new viewpoint only 100m from the top. Had a bit of an adventure on the way down, snow got a bit deep - well up my thighs! Thankfully it didn't last for long.
Managed to get lost less than a km from home, not sure how that happened!!
