Went out for another walk. Knee ok ish.

Walked in Ljusdal checking control sites. Tough in the over knee deep snow sections.

3% incline on the treadmill. Aware of knee but no pain. Fingers crossed.

Thought I'd try again this evening... stupid. Got to 7 and a half minutes and it was painful. Then tried cycling instead but that only lasted a few minutes.
