Lovely long run with Sara from home. We've now managed to link parts together to make a really nice run! Shame we're moving in a few weeks. Speed was faster than I'd anticipated, but my legs were feeling pretty happy so that was cool. Maybe yesterday shocked them into moving again.

Birthday orienteering! Not feeling very fit, but tried to run without any mistakes (no pink on winsplits!). Was doing well at that until a few controls from the end :( I really really want to get fitter. I wasn't sure the mental fight was there, but it seems like it's coming back. Going to try and ease into training as I'm starting back at school now too. Looking forward to the autumn races - see what fitness I can muster in a few weeks!
