Same as last weekend although I added a little loop at the end because I'd gone a bit quicker and wanted to be nearer 90 than 80. Sore calves, but generally feeling quite ok. Really enjoyed it :)

Loved this. Got out on my road bike. Nice day for it (only raining for the last half hour!). Lots of butterflies, birds of prey and bridges over the river made for a lovely loop. Added on both of my 'possible-extra-depending-how-I'm-feeling' parts. Fun.

Simple strength stuff (squats, lunges, single leg deadlift things, hopping, arm stuff) and then a core routine. Just to get my legs remembering this stuff before I add any weight!

Otherwise a bit of a rest day (feels a bit strange on a day off - I'm now working 80%), to make sure I don't over do it too soon.

Intervals at Mellsta. Felt like I could fall asleep standing up. These first couple of weeks back at work are really exhausting my brain. There was also a push bike/scooter (?) rally thing on, so the air was full of fumes, it was horrible. We ran 6 x 4/1. I put in some effort, but was struggling so didn't bury myself. Quite a way behind Elin and Emma, but hey ho.

Had planned to go to the gym today, but couldn't turn down the offer of a run with colleagues. Stangtjarn loop on tiny paths. The other 2 were in road shoes so we took it easy! My legs were feeling really tired.

Run with Emma, Elin and Lars. Faster than the plan was because Lars was trying a new running technique of having faster steps - we had to put in a bit of an effort up the hill! Legs were feeling good, but knee got quite sore towards the end. The 10km loop from Bergebo is pretty much 5km up then 5km back down again and my knee isn't enjoying downhills.
