SM relay 1st leg. Came back in 12th, in a massive pack (who all appeared on the way to the 2nd last control). A long way off 1st, who had run away from everyone, but otherwise decently placed. Team finished 12th (Sara 2nd leg then Emma), just a few seconds from 9th! We all ran well though, so we're satisfied :)

Wowee, that was cool terrain! Missed about a minute near the end in arguably the easier bit, annoyed with that. 11th and top 10 qualify for final, boo. Looking at the map later, I was finding the controls well, but not the speedier places to run. Still fairly satisfied.

Round the river. About a 5km loop from home, so I warmed up, did 5 x 60/45 then turned round and did 5 more before warming down. Nice to have this decent surface right next to home!
Feeling pretty recovered after the weekend.
