Sunday Nov 17 #

Note
(rest day)

Most definitely a rest day. Walked to Annika's for fika.

Didn't stay for the whole party (left about 12.30), as I really really don't want to feel rubbish again after being ill for so long.

MUMS 2019. Ooph that was a tough one! All proper forest orienteering (despite the rumours of more in the town this year!). Ran with Sara. We didn't really have our heads switched on and bumbled about in the dark looking for controls a bit too much (always difficult trusting a mums map!!). Map changes: blue contour lines, a mirror-imaged section, a burnt hole, a big ditch now a railway line, 'bermuda' etc. Good fun though and we were the only girls pair that managed to finish so were awarded with a pack of mums chocolates each!

4 x 4 mins. Wasn't sure about doing these, so took the first one easy, then decided to give it a go. Fun running a bit faster again!
