Green loop, Myrflodammen with everyone and then tagged on the first loop of the orange with Sara. Crazy windy made for mixed tracks. Bit of an adventure!

Tried doing 50 minutes threshold, but the wind was making conditions rather difficult. No tracks in places, slippy in others and also windy! 2 laps of the eljusspÄr.

Not in the training plan, but had to go out with mum, Nige and Mart! Layered up, thinking we'd be pootling, but was impressed with how they're getting on! 2h30 moving time, but also a waffle stop and various other regroupings.

Including 60 minute max effort. Or at least as max effort as i could do when mostly double poling (hovering around 0). Half of eljusspÄr, kalven runt and pulsen.

With 10km threshold in the middle. Not very good at knowing exactly what threshold is, but I put in some effort but didn't destroy myself. Had been packing for the weekend so forgot to pack lenses, gloves or hr band!
Started snowing quite heavily halfway round.
Knee = 4 (aware of it, stiffened a bit after threshold part)

Long, easy on trails.

Knee suddenly became a 3 after about 70 minutes when the main downhill started. Need to choose flatter or more little ups and downs routes. Knee eased back to a 4 on the flatter last couple of km.
