Had planned to go up to Sälen, but the weather for tomorrow looks awful. Took Matt and Emily to lugnet to give skiing a go. Skiied with them for a while and then did an effort on my skate skis. All a bit slushy and icy. 4 and a half loops of the world cup course. Some brutal climbs where it felt like my heart was going to burst out of my rib cage!
