Long B final...and another step in the right direction. Actually felt stronger today than I maybe ever have in a tough forest, so much that I got my best splits in the last section of the course when I was getting more confident. Still some really stupid mistakes and route choices and had to stand still far too much, but fun to feel like I was racing.

Felt my knee towards the end of this race, close to a 3.

Middle B final. Different style of terrain. Got into a good place mentally and really felt like I got racing today. Fun to feel like you're moving fast. Unfortunately a few mistakes which was too much! Also a lot of stop/start. Feeling very rusty. Enjoyed it at least!

SM kval. Not sure what to say. Nothing felt good. No power in the legs, no flow with navigating. Feel pretty empty after that performance. Not what I came here for!

Felt so much better than recent interval sessions. Going in the right direction! Also no weights in my legs which I usually do on a Monday. Knee completely fine too:)
