Runnig in Harriman on trails with up to 8" of snow. Saw a ski tracks on top of Hogencamp Mnt. must be some very exteme skier!? Overall, a fun and physical run.

First time decided to do something reasonable in Prospect Park in a whole while and it starts pouring down like hell. Well, I think there is a big difference between starting out dry and then get wet as you run or starting into pouring rain when you get there. I think it helped that I didn't bother to look at the weather map right before leaving my house otherwise I would've given it a second thought.
Anyway, I did what I planed to do (1 a warm up lap 25:00, and second lap with 2 min on 1 min off ( 7 reps)), all in all ended up having a terrific training session even after getting all wet and tired.

HVO Meet in Tenafly. This probably was the closes race between me and Boris in a long time. Felt ok, though didn't orienteer all 100% and had little mistakes here and there.

Road run at Farnstock SP while Greg and Boris were skiing. Couple of long hills, was definitely feeling it toward the end.
