Finally got my insurance card and went to see a physicial. He concluded that it is most likely an achilles tendonitis. No running for 3 month, Advil for 30 days, ultrasound, lots of stretching and a special splint for night to keep my heel stretched :( so much for a return to running....

Easy run on icy streets and at Brighton and Manhattan Beaches. Both are out of service for running untill the snow melts down. Saw multiple ski tracks on both, pretty sure hardcore Russians from Brighton had a blast skiing there, next time will fetch my skis with me :)

After putting in over 10 hours of overtime today and yesterday I am too exhausted for anything, not a very happy scenario...

Run in FP with Greg while K went out doing some map work. It was an enjoyable run untill Greg complained about his shin and us running like a bunch of handicaps, so he jacked up the pace which made me breath harder than I got used to in the past 4.5 month. Ankle feels a bit sore right now, should be fine by Tue.
