Orienteering 16:04 [3] 2.1 km (7:39 / km)

Sprint O at Evergreen Lodge. Was off on a few bags, but also wasn't pushing the pace.

At Lewis Morris, on modified loop, mostly bike trails while Greg, Vadim, and other two Sergeys were doing the usual loop.

Running 50:23 [3] 10.5 km (4:48 / km) +200m 4:23 / km

Ran at the Eagle Rock res. It is as rocky as I remember it from my last time running there 8 months ago. Although, the project of filling one of the trails with gravel is still on. Perhaps another 400m was added from the past year. Hills felt surprisingly easy, though they are not as high as at Lewis Morris park.

Ran over the hill to Essex Fells back down via Verona Park for a lap there + pull and push ups.

Another weekend run with Greg and Vadim at Lewis Morris park. This time just a regular run and not a rogaine training.

A quick excursion to Verona park for some pull-ups and push-ups.

Running 8:10 [5] 2.4 km (3:24 / km)

Went to the adjacent township's school track with K. A bunch of people just walking around on the track, but then suddenly, a lot of them left and it became less crowded. Ran 6 laps (actually meant more but decided to stop) just to get a feeling of running the laps. I think a mile was at 5:25. Not bad. Figure 5K at 17min by the summer's end is quite possible if all goes well.

Roughly 15 min warm up and 15 min cool down + some stretching at the end. Really nice out, 60F. I realized that I didn't even break a sweet during my run.

Took a part in Greg and Vadim's rogane practice at Lewis Morris Park, for one loop only, plus mixed some hills here and there. Followed by a very nice BBQ.
