Today was the first day me walking without crutches, and not taking painkillers. I am taking it really slowly though my left hip began to hurt once in a while because I shift all my weith on that leg but it will go away once I start to walk normaly.

Second and my last day of O this season at least. Had a very good run up to the point where I blew my right ankle. As I was rolling on the ground,I saw Karen passing by twice and many other people asking if I needed help. Well, I crawled my way out of the wood to where the bus was going and just got a ride to the finish. No swelling took place until I got home and the pain began to grow by every minute, so I headed streight to ER. No obvious fractures were revealed but the doc casted a doubt about my right legament. I will do MRI a.s.a.p. and get checked out it it still there in the right place. Well... as for now I am on crutchs as I am totally unable to walk on my right foot. I hope it is not as serious, but right now I need as much rest as possible.

First day of WCOC A-Meet. Not a sensational run, had some problems with adjusting myselft to 10:000 scale as a result blew second control. Felt slow in the begining and felt much better toward the end. 3min behind William the Hawk.

Easy running with Greg in Forest Park while discussing training plans for the nex year.

Running 20:00 [4] 2.5 km (8:00 / km)

Run some tests on track administered by Greg in order to determine my VDOT and appropriate training paces. Plus a full out effort 400m in 63 sec, felt good.

Treshold runs 7x4x2 (4min fast, 2min rest)over two loops in PP. Well... back to training again!

Orienteering 4:09:00 [4] 26.3 km (9:28 / km) +1500m 7:22 / km

HH in HP. Lots of fun, and enjoyble courses. Felt very good for the first tree loops, and had problems with cramps on the last one. Litteraly fell apart on the last leg as my stomach all cramped up. Run fist two loops together with Boris and Will. Will took off yearly on the tird and run away from me and Boris by three minutes. Managed to finish the loop ahead of Boris and was really pleased to catch Will in the mid of the next and the last loop. We picked up the pace as my GU kicked in and boom, misdirection, 7 min mistake left me with no chances as Will disappeared in the right direction. The race gave me lots of fun and surprises, as I really didn't think I could finish it, exept for the cramps after the finish which weren't fun at all and I wish to no one experience this exruciating pain.
