Back on BoardWalk, Greg picked the speed as we zoomed through masses of people.

Run with Greg along shore on Brighton Beach between receedign waives. Just a few random swimers and absolutelly great footing.

Felt great after doning 0 for the whole week, flew every uphill, and pushed all the way around the park.

Orienteering (control setting) 25:00 [2] 1.2 km (20:50 / km)

Finally designed a decent course in Harriman that had no mount laurel, no thorns, not even bluberry under foot, even footing was nicer than everage in entire park, well yea there are such places in HH.

Orienteering 22:58 [3] 3.2 km (7:11 / km)

The first out of two courses. Managed to lose 2.5 min, well seeing the course in advance makes no difference once you start running.

Orienteering 16:40 [4] 2.6 km (6:25 / km)

Run as hard as I could, mostly memory O by now, still can't beleive Greg was only 30 sec behind and run it just a bit over 17, he is The Monster.

Orienteering (contol pick-up) 30:00 [2] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Out with Greg, plus some analysis on the way.

Did 3 loops around PP, wanted more but darkness decended quicker that I thought.

Warm-up and Cool-down loops in PP.

Set a new record for this loop. Will eventually try to get sub 9min if wind cooperates.

Training in Harriman with Greg and Valery. Getting into and out of the woods.

Orienteering 28:01 [3] 4.0 km (7:00 / km)

Re-run part of WOC'93 short course set by Greg cut off at the point of Seven Lake Drive (11 bags). Had about 2 min mistake on the shortest leg, looked too simple, so I paid it right there, can't relax in Harriman even for a sec.
