Hurt. 10 [1]

Second Sunday in a raw with a football game, isn't so easy. My whole body is dead! I feel like I got run over by a truck or in other words I feel like s...t! Can't go up or down the stairs, can't even walk normaly as every sentimeter of my body hurts like hell.

Oh well, a hot tub should do it I guess, but I really haven't felt like that in years.

Orienteering 19:11 [4] 2.5 mi (7:40 / mi)
shoes: Olway (Tiger)

Sprint in Alabama. Was determined to have a decent run, however, blew it again (3rd time in a row). I knew exactly what I had to do and what not to, but still managed to mess up. Got to work on my technique the sooner the better.

Orienteering 1:41:26 [4] 12.0 km (8:27 / km)
shoes: Olway (Tiger)

Second (classic) day in Alabama. Started out quite good, (focused), blue mishang control and lost initial concentration. Started to harry and became slopy. Felt waisted by the end, even altered route choices to avoid extra climb. Not very happy with this one.

Orienteering 42:10 [4] 4.9 km (8:36 / km)
shoes: Olway (Tiger)

WRE in Alabama, couldn't get over the lack of sleep in past two days (due to cancelled flight) and blue a number of (not so hard controls)+ legs didn't feel too fresh.
