Indoor biking + lots of stretching. Bought a new wobble board with wider angle range for more intense exercises, ankle has been improving in the past 4 weeks, so I am getting a bit more optimistic about the upcomming Spring.
Also, tomorrow is my first day at new job, will be twice as busy so I will need to adjust lots of things to fit in my training... oh well, so much for the student life and its free time :)
First more or less comfortable run in the past 3 month from my house to the sheapsheadbay and back, ankle is still very sore, however it is better than it has been, at least for today. Next week will try to run on broadwalk if weather permits and ankle feels ok.
