Skiing with Greg and K at Garnet Hill. Valera also made his debute (I think he got hooked). All snow got washed out on Mon so we were lucky to ski at all..

Ran at rather faster pace today as my ankle appears to be getting very slowly better. Still a long shot from a point where I can say I can really run normally. But a bit better for me is like a whole lot for many others...

Yesterday I was pretty sure that Greg's scale was broken, it showed that I was 137lb (below the G-Unit), but today my own scale confirmed it (damn it). Not sure what's happening, I don't feel (see) like I've lost anything definitely nothing Simone-like appearance in the mirror. Perhaps returning to more or less regular running has something to do with it (I still do my cross-training and weight lifting stuff though) ???

Ran an O course in FP ran it in 35min in the winter, no mistakes, though I don't think I am capable of making mistakes in FP anymore after having run there for all these years . Nice weather, still lots of torns out.... Greg stayed inside, he claims his back is improving but he ain't running....

Managed to get out for a quick run.... as usually Manhattan Beach... Ankle is feeling surprisingly better after Sun. hilly course... hmmm... not sure why... not used to have it feeling better...

Did a Red course in Clear Lake (HVO) too much climb for me, my left knee began bothering at the end strangly... ankle felt about the same... still quite nice out in Dec...
