Run some hills on treadmill at various speed. Legs felt really strong, all those strenght exercises that I've done since mid-January are really paying off, though endurance will be the major issue in upcoming season, plus I haven't done any speed work at all because of all those wierd injuries. However, it is something I've noticed may be a couple of weeks ago is that after an especially straneous runs (hills in particular) my knee seems to calm down. I really can't explain that, for example after Sun training, which was quite long for me, the knee didn't bother me at all on Mon. and only started bothering me again on Tue afternoon. Even now after the treadmill run, it seem to calm down again. May be stress is all it needs to heal, will have to check this out. So I plan to gradually increase the milage with more hills than flat and watch if it really the case.
