Road bike is kinda kool, though my butt is quite sore ( well, haven't biked in 10 years or so) and now I know how those women (from watching past weekend Harriman Triathlon) get their tights and butt, so "strong".

Took a while to get off the bike and start walking, that proved to be akward, so spent some time stretching.
