First time decided to do something reasonable in Prospect Park in a whole while and it starts pouring down like hell. Well, I think there is a big difference between starting out dry and then get wet as you run or starting into pouring rain when you get there. I think it helped that I didn't bother to look at the weather map right before leaving my house otherwise I would've given it a second thought.
Anyway, I did what I planed to do (1 a warm up lap 25:00, and second lap with 2 min on 1 min off ( 7 reps)), all in all ended up having a terrific training session even after getting all wet and tired.
