Sunday Apr 3

Orienteering 1:31:30 [4]12.5 mi (7:19 / mi)
TT Long. Really wanted to win this one and I could! I knew I could! and that how I prepared myself the entire morning, legs felt great and mind focused. But, never happend, blew #3,#4 but didn't give up, as Greg says don't ever do that, so I run faster than anyone between #5-#21 and fought all the way through the finish knowing that it was all over a long time ago.

This race kind of reminded me of the second day at US Champs in MN. and I HATED it with all my guts. But I don't feel the same way about this one because I can't go back, and simply hate this one too, I must learn and make it the last one like that!

Blue - Splits

Saturday Apr 2

Orienteering 44:30 [4]5.4 km (8:14 / km)
ahr:172 max:186
TT Middle Dis. Psyched up for a clean run, that never happend. Felt slow, don't recall running any uphills at all, still happy with the result. Greg thinks otherwise though :(

Blue - Splits

Friday Apr 1

Event: Flying Pig IX (US Team Trials)

Orienteering 18:20 [5]2.5 km (7:20 / km)
ahr:178 max:192
TT Sprint. Made an early mistake on #3 and struggled to read the vague course later on, skipped #10 got m.p. :( Didn't feel 100% for some reason, splits have confirmed that.
