Managed to get the map once everyone sprinted up the hill from the start triangle, and jogged over parts of the course just to see where people were. Kind of cool spectating technique, rather active one. Ankle felt sore but not too bad, surprisingly even after 2 days it hasn't gotten worse! may be it is getting better? may be....

A pre Goat Sprint, just one. Hoped not to screw my ankle and I didn't :) It felt really sore on the way up, but once the adrenalene kicked in I forgot about it. It's not like I really raced with the full effort, but being out there is just what I've been missing.
