The swelling around the ankle appears to have reduced itself to a some what reasonable size, thanks to RICE and the dull pain that I've exeprienced yesterday has also became managable. Will continue to keep the weight off the leg and spend more time in the bed :)

Ran in the park by K's house. Felt really good, probably best since past September and just when I thought about the fact that I didn't feel any discomfort in my ankle, the next thing I know, I trip over something, land akwardly on that same ankle and before my fall comes to a complete stop I feel a sharp pain in my right ankle. As I lay down I say to myself "NO F.... WAY!" Just not like this.
I get up after a while and manage to wobble back.
Right now the ankle feels as it was shot through, putting body weight hurts. Guess will spend some time getting it back again :(
