DVOA - Day 1, Red course. Greg said don't run fast! I said I won't, especially with my bad knee. I can't really say that I completely followed his advise but I never really felt like I was pushing it as I know I can.

The course was really simple and I would even say too easy, though given the nature of terrain, it is quite a challenge to set anything other than such course. However, I felt like there could be more legs with more route choices than just legs with obvious routes. Only #9 had an interesting choice.

It was also a physical couse with 370m of climb and I felt it at the very end after #19 where I started losing my focus and began making little mistakes, like not following my compass. Still, I was happy with my run and decided not to run on Sun as my knee wasn't very happy after the race.
