Usual run as planned.

Saw an interesting quote in the Post today "Some of you know how it is when you reach 40s. You can hurt yourself sleeping. Stretching is a form of strenuous exercise. Try..." Hmmm... I can attest to that, exept that I am in late 20s.

Oh, yea... going for an MRI exam for my knee tomorrow. Will keep my fingers crossed, sigh...

Went out on my bday for a slow jog. I guess I would call it the begining for Jukola preparations with Billygoat thrown in the mix. I do not plan to run HVO nor WP A-meets and am skipping trials as well.
I hope that my injuries will gradually go away and that I spend the Summer in preparations for Relay Champs and possibly the US Champs as well.
For now, I plan to slowly start bulding the base before I do any type of O-ing.
