Sunday Nov 4

Orienteering race 1:08:45 [4]7.4 km (9:17 / km) +360m 7:28 / km
Day 2 of US Champs.

Horrible, horrible run for me! Don't even remember when was the last time I had such a bad run. Just like 5 years ago, these woods just beat me up.

Looking back at the race, I feel like I didn't execute well enough on certain legs which is probably due to lack of racing, however, I still knew ,comming in, what I was supposed to do, and I just didn't.

I hate the state that I am in right now, Even though I am O-ing, I feel like I do this just to keep myself happy, however, realistically speaking, I can't train normally due to knee/ankle problem, which in turn, puts me in the possition where I am not fit enough to run/compete regulary not to mention running Blue.

I almost feel like I should completely retire (as Clem put it: hang up the compass) and only come back when and if I am at least 90% healthy or so. I know people have done it and I will be giving it some serious conciderations in the near future.

Day 2 Red Y - Splits

Friday Nov 2

Event: US Champs

Tuesday Oct 30

Running 25:30 [3]4.5 km (5:40 / km)
Really easy run to MB, just couldn't move my legs at all. Perhaps due to the hard work that I did on Sun at Wass. Crossing.

Monday Oct 29

Cross Training 35:00 [3]
Easy work out with free weigths + knee + ankle stuff.
