Well... deja vu all over again. Smacked the sole of my R-foot (the one that knocked me out 3 years ago for about 6 months or so) at the same spot again on the way to #4. Rolled around on the ground, sat in the cool water of a creek for ~30 min, and then wobbled back to the finish while thinking all this time not again. Foot is pretty swollen as I am sitting at work right now on an ice pack. Hopping that it recovers quicker this time with aggressive treatment.
