First 3* 200m (1.10 startinterval) + 600m (3.30 start interval.). Then I did five intervals where I run 400m instead of 600m. Was fun, I felt tired at the 600m but fast at the 400m. =)

Run the half part of the session with Beata, down to downtown Linköping. Then she run a bit longer than me so I run during the town back to Ryd myself. worst weather ever. Snowy, windy. was hard to see anything. Had to run in heaps of snow even if we run in the city. Crazy! In the evening we celebrate My, beatas and her sister birthdays. Fun party! hard training :) and gold and bronz to hellner and olsson, legendary!!

Run 4*4:2 min at roads at Lilla Älgsjön. Felt good to be the second interval session of today. Had some problem to get motivate before the training, but during the training I enjoy it sooooo much. I looked at the snowy surroundings, felt my heart rate, felt every step, dreamed about summer, heard every breath I took and if I was cold at the start I turned steaming hot quite fast. Pure Love.

10*400m with 2.20 start intervals. Took a set rest after 5 intervals.

best time: 1.12

the last interval I try to run fast, it's so fun then!
the training were at the same time as the girls 10km ski in vancouver, olympic game, so we watch it in öbergs phone in the rest. And I was just finsihed with all my intervals in time to see Kalla take the victory! =) She kicked ass!! Looked at the mens later in the evening, loves when hellner keep on sking even when he almost is dead :d gooo sweden!

warm up with Peter outdoor, the sky was so amazing, a colour of blue that I can't explain. After the intervals I warm down some laps with alex.

intervaller intervals (indoor track) 40:00 [5]

intervals at stadium arena with Peter, Emil, Marcus and Alex. First we run 2*5*200m with 70s start intervals. And we run really fast in my opinion. then we run 2*600m, and then 2*400m. After that we had run 4000m totally so then it was okay to warm down and go home. But just okay, to get more than okay we had to run at least 5000m - Peter S. is funny!
well, a very special training with lots of different kind of intervals, that's the result when the pimp is gone and we can choose what ever we want! ;) Next time we get the chance we will probably run 20*300m without any set rest. I and Alex are longing so much after that training. Will be good :)

10*200m indoors at the track with 2.20 start intervals. The other was running 400m during the same time so that is why I have so long recover between the laps. First day I run since last week when I was sick. Felt a bit shaky at the warm up, have to think about how I do when I take a running step :p Felt good during the intervals. Was a bit dry in my neck, took it quite easy and enjoy it so much! When the other was tired and complain how boring it was I just smile :) Love this!

First 1 hour by my own in a very slow tempo, then with Ante a bit faster. I and Ante try to ski a bit off-piste, a very funny and tough challenge! Me like :)

While I was skiing by my own a man catch me up. When he was sure it was me he ask me a question he have been thinking of for a long time but never get a chance to ask. So now in the ski track he ask me if I have planned to take that long route choice around to the 8 control (or witch one it was, I don't remember) at the middle-distance at JWOC 2008 in Gothenburg. I know exactly witch control he mean and I should never again run that way to that control. I told him I get a BIG blackout, for the hot weather or something. I was so disappointed afterwards over that control and couldn't forgive me self for a long time why I run so long around. It was no doubt that the best and only possible way was to run straight on, over the hill. I run a long way beside the hill, and then over it! But I get the control ;) Now afterwards I can think on it and be satisfied with my race, indeed I took all the controls without mistakes, I just took one stupid route choice. And yeh, you shouldn't do that in a final, it cost me so much...But today I realised I can look back on it and do something good about it! It was very comic and unexpected to get that question now, two years later in a ski track. What are people thinking about???

When you fall, stand up tall and come back for more!
