Distance in Skatås in the morning. Run up to getryggen, then I should run hillintervalls but run wrong way and came right into a forest fire, so I keep on forward to Delsjön and then home.

Run gothenburg's Sprint-dm, D 21. Fun orientering with routecoiches and a fun mix of terrain.

workout 2: Hill intervals in Palta in the evening after 2 hours on the beach. My leg had a miracle speed ( What a different from the morning!!). It was amazing, I run so fast! Like this I want to run on the next competion.
