warm up or I tried to warm up, my knee was hurting all the time and I couldn't almost run. I really wondering if I would run the race or not. But I decided to test it.

orientering race (SM) 58:00 [3] ****

SM relay I run the last leg with much pain in my knee, but I manage to run the whole race and finished in 4th (!) place. Awesome for Kolmården cats! A bit irritating that it was just 30 second to the 3th place... But we are really proud over our 4th place. The orienteering was really difficult and it was fun, more of that thanks! After the first leg we was on 37 place, and after the second leg in 6 position ( Linn run very good). It was okey to run with my knee, but it was a bit tricky in downhills and it hurts quite a lot now :S

Warm up and down on the roads in Lilla Älgsjön, btw the roads for the swedish champs in Rally. In the time of less than two minutes I saw both a naked man and a reserved anthill. Don't know what to say... :S

Take the bike and looked on a hill between Hyttan and Bråviken (near Nunnebanan). The hill was 1000 times better than I had expect me! Then I went on biking on small roads and Nunnebanan, get lost and land up in Stavsjö, ooopps! Super speed home!
