Traning in Lexby on the jwoc relay courses, the mens. Pretty nice! Very hot today too, but I start get used with that! I, Eran and Guy saw a moose btw, a big one :p after the training we relaxed with a paddantour. And today it's my grandmother's birthday.

Training in Änggårdsbergen, middeldistnace. I hang out the men's qualification and after some rest picked in the men's final. Nice terrain and courses. Terrible warm and I was totally dead in the end of the final.

First I hang out a middeldistance in Ruddalen and then I picked in the men's sprint courses from jwoc. Really warm to run for a swede, better for eran and guy, I think they are used to it. Lucky boys!

Pick out controlls for Eran and Guy in Tjolöholm. Run a courses from hallands 3-days, etapp 1. Really fun and different forrest and terrain.

o-ringen D18E, etapp 5! Run out in first position with 5 minutes back to Signe, and finish first, 6-7 mimutes ahead of Signe! Fedt najs! I was really tired the whole race, but the feeling when I run on the finnish was wonderful :)
