Much better today. I have been out for a walk in one hour and it was great, but I want to run. Today when I wake up I felt a muscle fever in my ass (!!), it must been because my strange way of sitting with the computer yesterday ;) A good thing with today is that I have booked a travell to Australien and New Zeeland with mum in October :D

still sick, so no champs for me :( I was out on koster and looked at the competition, and it sucked, it's so boring just watching. The only good thing with the day was that I met a very nice norwegian Girl vintage 88'.

warm up to the start, running and alot of speed-ups. full of expectation, this is the best day!

the last race on o-ringen for this year. I get out first, 4minutes before kristin. I felt very calm, and just made the orieteering as simple as possible. and that was a good tactic, I cross the finnish first. But just some minutes before signe klinting, she run fantastic this day, and had 5minutes better time than me!! any way I am satisfied with this week, and happy with my 6th (!) totally victory in o-ringen. It's crazy!

stage 4, today middel. just want to run a safe race, don't lose too much time. It was a good race, besides that i missed 2 minutes on one controll and a half minute on a route choise. anyway I come in 2nd place just a half minute after, it´s good for tomorrow.

This race was awesome!! I run like a star. It was my best race for the year, I didn't do any misstake. When I run like this no one can beat me, I won with more than 4 minutes. That is crazy!

3th place. I have early start, so I had to fight really hard in all green areas. It felt like an okey race when I cross the finnish, I had missed about 2 minutes but I was more than 4 minutes after the winner when the day was ended :S Maybe I miss time in the hard areas, you can run a lot faster with late start. I was very angry that I was so long after the winner, but at the same time I look forward for the next day, so I could show them what I am going for...

the first day at O-ringen. I had early start, so it was an okey race, come in 3th place. But know it was calm, I want to be best after 5 days, and then I don't have to win all the stages, just run 5 good races.

10*40s:20s in Strömsfors. I love to run in strömsfors, indeed I felt really happy when I run, and I imaginge that I was a top athletic in my very hot hot-pants and small top ;) lol. Besides that it was alot of blueberry on the ground, every where! Yummy:) After the training was over I eat alot, this is the best with sweden!

warm up orderly in 50 minutes and I felt really strong and I was really focussed. At the warm down I was not so happy tough.

Middel final. It start good with the first controll, then I missed the second controll with 3 minutes. Can't understand why, I was really careful and I thought I was on the right way, but then there was no controll and I understand that I was wrong ;( .The rest of the course was okey, just so frustrated with the second controll!!

I warm up very orderly beccause I Know that I needed that on this altitude above sea level. I start raining, and it was cold.

Long Final in Passo Rolle. The weather was terrible. It was rain and thunder, just when it was my time to start. And I am soooooooooo scared for thunder. But coach Annelie told me that it was nothing to worry about, so I took her advice and just run like it was my favourite weather. Indeed I run well as long it was thunder in the air. I missed the 4th controll with over 4 minutes. I just hate it! this was my favourite distance and I have wait a year for it. I should have looked at my compass, cause i was so closed to my controll, but run in wrong direction. The rest of the course was good. I run together with a norwegian girl. There where not so many route choices and we run in the same speed, so it was just to accept, and for me it was quite good have some one to run with, and besides it was I who had catch up her I was happy.

In the evening I warm down together with Kristin, Gustav and Albin. We run in the jwoc village, it was quite fun. And it was good for my leg. After the competition I was too cold, so I didn't warm down anything at the competition. This warm down was some hours after my race, but it's better late than never.

The first race for the week. I have no expectation on myself before this race, wich I now afterwards thought i have needed. This year I only wanted to make a good race without any big misstake. And I did a race without misstake, but I was too slow. Sprint isn't my favourite distance, but to next year I really want to stake on this distance and I want to be a sprint queen! :D next year I definitive will have a high goal in this distance, it will be great!

Sprint in primerio, the town there we lived. warm up/down 40 min and the sprint race in 15min. I did the course in 3 parts, with 2 min rest between each part.

Session 1: Orienteering, the first half in slow tempo and the last half with higher speed together with Coach Niclas! It felt awesome :) And I managed the slope courses really good!

session 2: warm up/down 30 min up to the flat part of the mountain in passo rolle.

intervaller intervals (5mins) 30:00 [5]

4*5min:2min at high level in passo rolle (2000m over the sea). It was I, Tove, Linnea,Jenny and Niclas. The two first intervals was tough, but then the others felt good. Just need to warm up long and orderly when I am so high over the sea level.
